Terms of settlement

• Check-in time from 14:00, departure time to 12:00.
• Cleaning time from 12-00 to 14-00.
• WARNING! Late or early arrival and departure are paid additionally!
• WARNING! After booking of the rendered services, money doesn't refund in case the client reduces stay term!
• Smoking in the apartment and walk in outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited.
• When you check into the apartment, you must have a personal passport of a citizen of any country.
• CAUTION! In the absence of a passport in the population will be denied!
• WARNING! Also on the move and need to pay a deposit in the amount of the daily cost of apartments, which will be refunded upon departure and return of the keys.
